Revelation Wellness® Rochester
Revelation Wellness® Rochester is a ministry that uses fitness to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Fitness classes are designed to promote physical health and spiritual health, as we consider God’s Truth while we move in community. “Revelation Wellness believes that as the body of Christ gets healthy and whole by the power of the love of God, they will be fit for their purpose—to proclaim and show the love of God down the roads less traveled. By the power of God and the gift of His good grace, Revelation Wellness, its students, instructors, and partnering donors will impact the world for good by bringing health and healing into a lost and hurting world.”

Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do at Journey Christian Church is an outreach of the church. This ministry exists for a number of reasons, in no particular order:
1. As an outreach for unchurched people to feel comfortable and enjoy activities inside the church.
2. To bring people together that normally would not spend time with each other.
3. To learn discipline, self control, confidence, stamina, and to lift up others in the class to do the best they can do.
4. To learn the ancient martial art of Tae Kwon Do in an environment that is not intimidating, but is uplifting and fun.
